JENNIFER MELLOR DANCE PROJECT
Our mission is to show that dance as an art form reminds us we are alive, vibrant, creative, and beautiful; to connect with people
and transcend the daily experience; and to bring a high level of professionalism and excellence to dance.

We recently performed with Tulsa Ballet and in NY's CoolNY Dance Festival, DUMBO Dance Festival, Wave Rising Series, Andy Byers'
film-based performance "Goodbye Brooklyn", WiredArts Fest presented by VirtualArts.tv,
and Tulsa's EXCHANGE Dance Festival.
Jennifer was resident artist at Living Arts LAB in Tulsa
in 2011, and JMDP performed "Les Muses" with Tulsa Ballet in 2012. Jennifer was a resident artist at
The Garage in San Francisco in 2010-11. Our "Love/Lost" NY premiere in WAVE RISING was featured on PBS
Channel 13's NYC-ARTS and "Les Muses" was seen world-wide in the
online live-streamed WiredArts Fest.

"She is... a dancer who knows how to choreograph to women's
femininity and strength. Like all good muses, Ms. Mellor inspires and can make us think of things in ways we have
not done so before."
- Jim Tobin, Bay Area Dance Watch, San Francisco.
"Not only is Mellor one of this decade's most talented choreographers -
her performance is that of new perspective into the self & soul of dance." - The Shoulder (Beaubourg 268), San Francisco.
